National Archives Store aims to dispatch orders within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

We charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping on all orders.   

We ship with Australia Post and will send a notification and tracking number when your order is dispatched. 

We ship all over Australia, but do not offer international shipping.  

National Archives Store will provide a refund or replacement if an item is damaged or faulty. We will provide an exchange or store credit for change of mind in some circumstances.
